Brushes fiddly to fit
My impact driver stopped working as the brushes had worn right down, so I ordered 2 sets, one to repair the driver and one spare. Fitting's a bit fiddly and you need to be able to solder. To remove to old ones you have to dismantle the casing and take out the motor and switch then desolder the lead wires from the switch and solder on the new ones.
The lead wires could do with being a little longer to enable them to be passed through the Ferrite interference choke, but because they are a little short I had to leave the choke out. That aside once reassembled everything worked well.

Pinch up those eared clips.
A very good pair of O clip pliers that do exactly what they are designed for. Better than trying to use pinchers which are too wide.

LR D3 pad wear sensors
Couldn't tell the difference between these and the originals. Perfect length and fixing points all in the right places. Would buy again when required.
