  I contacted seller & had several messages back & forth. The last received they referred me to you. I am sure you can view our conversation. The item was 2 antique vases that were shipped in the thinnest bubble wrap I think I have seen. They were convinced it was properly protected & requested pictures which I sent. They offered a deal and I asked for a refund. What value is there in a piece of broken pottery.

  Buyer was told a couple times that I would refund his money if he would please go through ebay returns. He did not do so then sends negative feedback when I told him twice I was willing to refund him. I always refund when the buyer goes through the proper channels of ebay returns program. Claims he is a reseller so you would think he knows the correct procedure for returns. Apparently doesn't really want a refund,
