2 Genuine OEM Toro Time Cutter Front Wheel Tire Assembly 105-3471 4.10/3.50-4
    20 June 2018
Nice replacement for older Toro zero turn mower
This is a nice front end replacement tubeless tire/rim assembly (made in China) for the price rated at 50 psi max (compare to lesser 35 psi tires) for my Toro 14-38-zero turn mower that just keeps going (purchased in 2003). Later, when the original tubeless tires (made in China) started leaking around the rims, I installed inner tubes at a relatively small cost that kept the tires going for these many years. However; it was time for new wheels as the bushings were worn and I was getting some flats. I also bought new spanners (inner most bushing part) online that matched these standard wheels. I will now see which lasts longer, these new wheels or the mower itself! If you choose to use inner tubes in tubeless tires as I did, I highly recommend purchasing a tire changer (available online). Then you can remove and mount tires on all your home equipment with reduced effort once you learn the method. Patching inner tubes and tubeless tires is relatively cheap and easy using tire kits from your auto store as compared to the cost of tire repair at your dealer… no waiting till Monday. I could not give this purchase any meaningful rating since it is untested. However; the replacement tires closely match my original Toro tire/specs that have lasted upwards of 15 years (and later with inner tubes). Replacing the front assembly was straight forward. A small jack will be convenient from your car or get one costing a few bucks at your auto junk yard (ask for help). Be sure to grease your new tires initially (and at least yearly) using the grease fitting.
