A great book that should be in everyones personal collection!!
A great book, filled with fantastic images from Americas best days. This book covers many topics from colonial architecture to furniture reproduction and design. If you love Colonial American style, or 1920's,30's,and 40's American style, you will love this book.

"Dinner at Miss Ladys" is an invitation not to be missed!
Luann Landons very gently written account of her southern family and their old fashioned ways is a real treat. I was thrilled when the book arrived, and my only complaint was that the final page left me wanting more. The recipes appear to be promising. I highly recommend this one, its a five-star book.

A fantastic book of advice,opinion, and recipes! This book is a must-have for any lover of old fashioned southern folkways.
My introduction to Mrs. Whaley was thru her first book about her Charleston garden, and in my research for more of her work, I ran across "Mrs Whaley Entertains". I was thrilled when my book arrived,and I have read it several times. Although I have yet to test her recipes, they appear to be promising. As far as I am concerned this is a true gem, and a five-star book. I highly recommend it.
