I was a stranded Hi-8 format dad
2 of 2 found this helpful I had about 40 hours of early family videos that hadn't been played in over 20 years. This deck arrived in excellent condition, looked like new. The deck performed flawlessly. All the controls worked, the s-video output shone and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the pictures and audio looked. I've since digitized these tapes and will edit them onto DVD.
