Falls apart

My RES is 5-1/2 lbs . and has a very hard time getting up on dock. I had to marine glue the ramp since it kept coming unhooked. The suction cups do not hold and come unhinged, so I guess I’ll have to do the same as well with the bar holding it stable. It’s better than nothing but not as good as I had hoped. Maybe if the turtle was a baby or smaller.
