Ktm 1290 super adventure
If anyone buying this hand guard for adventure motorcycles. Please note that you will need to buy or make a “SPACER” For the brake side due to reason that the brake cylinder stick out. I ended up cut the round corner of the clutch to avoid “SPACER” on clutch side. On the brake side, you HAVE TO make or buy spacer. I found an aluminum piece and I made my measurements carefully before I cut it. I turned the handle bar “ALL THE WAY” until it can’t move to the left anymore and make your measurements. Make sure the hand guard “NOT” touch any instruments/speed odometers/GPS/Mounts, etc. buy a M8x1.25x60mm Allen head (so you can tight and fit in the hand guard) It’s a must. Kit comes with 2 of those bolts but you need 1 more (only Home Depot had them for $2.30)
The hand guard is fantastic and awesome quality. Why buying Bark buster? And it’s cheaper compare to other seller. This is a very good value.
