Great savings
Outer packaging was a little worn, but the ink cartridge was in perfect condition and works fine.

This is the book that will let you live again!
This is a great little book. Back pain is terrible, but this book can show you how to relieve it. I know people who had back surgery, and that's not something I want to do. When I had very bad back trouble 22 years ago, my doctor sent me to physical therapy. There I learned simple exercises which relieved the pain. Similar exercises are in this book. I bought this book and the 'Treat Your Own Neck' book back in 1989. I'm ordering the 'Back' book again because I lent it out and it never came back. I had neck surgery in 1988 and been mostly trouble-free since, but every so often I mess up my neck or back and turn to these books to rescue me. It has saved a lot of trips to the doctors, and probably the surgeons too. I hope you find them as helpful as I have.
