Only game that won't synch on my PS2 Development Stations

The real pain is that I bought the GameTrak hardware just to play this newer Rev of the golf game "Real World Golf ⛳" All other PAL (European) games play just fine. This one rolls from bottom to top like a paddle wheel or Rolodex. Obviously a sync issue of some sort. DOH!
