Have Not Received Item yet!

This review is based on the timing of receiving my item. Ordered on December 21st at 8am PST. Due to arrive on Dec 28th. It was delivered Jan 4th (I had already departed for my trip) and the neighbor picked it up and he won’t be home for several days. Terrible experience. I could have ordered the same item in my own state for $10 more and been able to have had it on time!
