The best all-around K crash I've ever played
1 of 1 found this helpful This is... maybe the best crash cymbal I've played in 25 some years. Not harsh at all, washy but still somewhat shimmery but enough darkness to give warmth. It's exactly what you think it should be thinking of a K cymbal with the A-Zildjian Sweet modifier. Very accepting of being hit, if that makes sense. Just a beautiful all around crash. The 19" works great as a rock crash during big choruses where you want to crash-ride on it, but also opens up beautifully when struck lightly. Just super pleasing in every way.
