If you've never played a Yanagisawa, you don't know what you're missing!
For the longest time I was a Selmer Mark VI bigot. However, over the years, experiencing the WIDE variances in how each horn blew, frustrated me. It made it very difficult to find a new horn. Now that the Japanese have been able to consistently manufacture a horn that blows the same EVERY TIME, I'll likely never go back (until I find that one in a thousand French Selmer). This horn blows beautifully - top register, bottom register, it doesn't matter. It's effortless yet powerful. I love it.
