Healthy Tips
This product is excellent for "maintenance" of bones and joints.
However, it doesn't solve the problem if you already have aches and pains.
Beside you have to be vegan, to make sure bones are not weakening and dissolved by dairy products, joints will not pain due to sea food products, etc.
Therefore there is no one product can cure all. But a combination of the right things to do will take care of your bones and joints for a long time. I am 71 years old this year (2022) and vegetarian then vegan for more than 30 years, can attest to this healthy body structure.
Conclusion: be vegan, exercise, and then use supplements.
Then you will be healthy for life!
