Excellent product in all respects
For me it was an upgrade from Power DVD 15. I only use it for simple playback and it works perfectly.

Not the grade it claims to be
We have used a couple of packs of 'Ice' double sided matte 220g photo paper in the past and it has worked well. This paper is significantly thicker and will not run on our printer. Looking on e-bay, there are packs claiming to be 'Ice' brand and 220g, 230g, 240g and 250g. The paper we received was labelled 220g but is at least 250g if not more. More is not always better and that is certainly proved to be the case in this instance.
Yes, you get the message, we will not buy 'Ice' brand again.
