If you are in Christian leadership, please read this book.
I bought this book for a class in my distance masters degree program. I really had to interact with it because I had to write a total of 13 papers based on what I was reading during the month long intensive class. I cannot overemphasize how much I learned from it. I wish that every leader in a non-profit organization would study the book. It would broaden their knowledge and open their minds to doing business well. It is specifically written for the Christian audience. It is practical and excellent.
