Does not appear to be "New"
Purchased an Acer Fan and Heatsink (HI 12900.001, AM2 Socket). Advertised as "new" but was not packaged as such - 3 of the 4 corners of the heatsink were damaged - negligible - with slight dents on the metal (still functional but it is conspicuous).

Accurate advertising and reasonable price.
No false advertising and reasonably priced - advertised as used and that's what it is. Some AMD CPUs are legacy items so it's good when you can get dependable parts at a decent price.
