  Senior citizen buyer has no clue about how to even turn on a cell phone. This phone was fully charged and tested before shipping. Buyer went to store and came home with no battery. Refused to go back to store to talk to them. before he went to the store he asked how do u turn on the phone. this buyer was clueless to life. I accepted his offer of $5 for this phone then he wanted me to pay $7 to return it. lol. total clueless person. He should not be on ebay.
