The manuals arrived in my mailbox in only 4 days from the order being placed in a brown envelope and are exactly as-represented; including the 11X17 fold-out diagram hinted at by the photo (Yessss!!). I am very pleased to have at least one full set of clearly-printed, original OEM, user and service manuals to go with my TS-820S’s. I would buy from this seller again.
