The smart phone is great and the battery does great with data restriction.
9 of 9 found this helpful Nice smart phone. The screen size is super, and the functionality of the phone is outstanding. Although, in most online reviews of this phone, no one mention how the phone battery power can last long. If you bought this phone and use it, as it is, you will not notice that the apps pre-installed in the phone will be consuming the battery power at the background, as data background usage. I did a trial run and use the phone for the entire day without charging it. Before noon time, the battery is already at 40%. I had to switch on the ultra-saving, which is like an emerging power saver. The snag with ultra-saver being on is that, it will shut down virtually every application from operating, leaving you to only make basic calls; no testing or messaging at the ultra-saving mode. Later I found out that the only way to make the battery power stay on for the entire day without the power going below 50% is switching on the background Data Restriction mode, together with The Power Saving mode. By doing these you will be able to save power and let the phone runs with the battery power the entire below without the power going below 50%. FYI, this is for doing the basic usage of texting and occassionally making phone calls. I did not do a heavy use of the phone such as watching online movie, surfing constantly, and constantly talking on the phone.
