  Hi I received an email yesterday from Royal Mail stating it had delivered my package yesterday evening while I was out. However, the package was not there when I got home. I have contacted the seller direct, but he says he cannot help. He said he sent the package properly and doesn’t have a replacement. He is a private seller selling the item secondhand.   This is a follow-up message to reverse the negative feedback on this purchase. I had to mark this transaction as Negative in the first instance to initiate an eBay enquiry. However, this enquiry is no longer required, as Royal Mail has since confirmed it erroneously marked the item as delivered when it was actually returned to the depot as I wasn't at home. The item has now been successfully received and I'm very happy with it.
