  The filter had a small amount of water in it when I received it but, it was advertised as "open package but new". When I pointed this out to the seller and expressed my concerns that it appeared to have been used, he refunded without hesitation. As to other aspects of the experience, he was super-fast to ship, and super-fast to refund. And I would not hesitate to buy from him again. I'm giving 5 stars on item description because I'm confident that he wasn't aware of its prior use.
