  Terrible packaging. Frame shipped in non-padded envelope with zero protection. Bent and twisted on arrival. Plus super slow shipping. Paid 8/16. Label not printed until 8/21, post office didn't receive until 8/27. What's even worse is he actually charged for shipping. I could have driven out there and picked it up myself by the time he got around to mailing it.
