Must have strong cell signal, 3 bars maybe.
1 of 1 found this helpful To be fair, the hub may be Ok But Be sure you have a good call signal from the Nearest and Next nearest verizon call tower. Otherwise it wont work well which can be worse than Not working at all. I wasted a couple weeks fighting toget it to work. But again I think my issue is lwas -100 -120db consistent signal weakness. Half way between two Verizon towers.
