Seems like an improvement to the original
It was great to get in the mail, the box made it clear that it worked with all Windows versions, and right when I plugged it in the controller worked fine without having to install software. I've been using it often over the last few weeks and have no complaints. I originally didn't like and never used the turbo and clear buttons above select and start, but I don't even notice them now.
One great thing about this controller is the price, it's actually only $12.48 which is worth every penny. I've compared it with an original Super Nintendo controller and they're about the same size, a little different round shape but I got familiar with it after a few minutes. My only concern is if any liquids fall on the buttons, especially the L and R because they have a bit of a gap between the shape around them.
Unlike other controllers I've purchased before, this one doesn't feel cheap. Select and start are all rubber buttons like the original controller, but the best improvement is the D-pad. Some controllers sort of mash down and are tough to be precise with, but this one is great with games where you shoot diagonally or fighting games.
The controller can be a bit loud when mashing the buttons, but it's about the same noise level as typing on my computer so I can't complain. The X Y B A buttons have a good spring to them when you play, it's only the L and R buttons that tend to be loud. The controller is very identical in size to the original, and the weight feels fine.
The cord length is perfect for me, you're not stuck leashed to where you connect. The only complaint I can think of is a sticker on the back, but you can peel it off. Still feels new after several hours of play, none of the colors faded yet so I'm expecting this to last long.
This was obviously designed for Super Nintendo games, but I've managed to play Genesis games and only a selective few Dreamcast games but some Dreamcast titles require the joystick. I've also tested out original Nintendo games, I found it easier swapping the Y and B buttons. Overall this is a great product, it's the only Super Nintendo controller that got the D-pad done perfectly and doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart anytime soon.

It's a counterfeit and the price should be cheaper, but it's designed well.
6 of 12 found this helpful I take pretty good care of my gaming devices, this was actually the first time I had to replace my controller as the left joystick wore down and keeps going to the right often. I thought the price of controllers would be cheaper now that the Xbox One was released but they're still the same price since it was released. This was when I decided to search online and find a better deal.
I received this little gem in the mail and got back to gaming with a bunch of friends, I didn't notice any problems with the controller, it works about the same as my older controller did when it was new. This one is slightly lighter than the other, which gives it a hallow feel. The only negative problem with this product is that it's labeled an official licensed product of Microsoft or Xbox when it's actually a counterfeit.
Oddly enough, this product is actually pretty good and the exact same controller a buddy of mine purchased from a swap meet a few years ago. So it is misleading to claim this is an official product, and if you visit actual retail stores you can tell they're packaged much differently. There's slight differences from the original; The guide button has cheap shiny paint, it's cheap light plastic, wrong colors on parts of the controller, it's wireless range is slightly weaker than the original but very hard to notice and all real controllers say "Microsoft" not "Xbox 360" on the top near the charger port.
The price should be cheaper, as the swap meets sell them around $25 - $30, so buying this around $40 was too much for something that isn't authentic. This product should not be labeled as official, it works fine but I'm sure the cheap plastic design will break or wear down quicker than the real controllers. I actually believe the $25 - $30 range is fair for this product because it's a counterfeit.
I would give it a negative review but it works fine and designed very well, I know it's cheaper parts but aside from it being slightly lighter the controller works fine. I won't buy another one unless it's for a cheap price or a gag gift for someone. On the bright side I'm able to tell knockoff brands from the original authentic products.

Good quality
I actually purchased this item years ago at a Walmart, it came with various mixed packs of sports cards. That was almost 20 years ago so it was only $8.99 back then. People told me it was a waste of money, yet I still have it to this day and there's absolutely nothing wrong with it.
The 3 larger areas are good for storing your cards, the smaller 2 you have to be careful with because it can damage the corners of your cards. While it keeps dust and various other stuff out, you want to keep it away from the sunlight, otherwise I just kept it under my bed or in a drawer all these years and none of my cards have been damaged, then again I kept my cards in top loaders and team bags. I would often carry my collection around, even in my backpack, so it's very durable, and there's no cracks or anything.
I took pretty good care of it for the most part, but I know it's been through a few bumps and must have been dropped more than a few times but it's in great shape. It does change color as the years go by, but I just put stickers all over it and it's a great product. I usually just put those penny sleeves, top loaders and team bags in those 2 smaller spots, so it's completely useful for all my needs when I store away items that I don't want to get damaged, and it's easier to carry around if you're trading, selling or just for showing off a few cards.
While I'm satisfied with the product, it's not worth paying over $10 for a plastic container. With supply and demand I'm amazed these don't cost around $7.99 on average. Then again other products have ways to look more appealing and some offer better protection and wider space for the items you store inside.
This product also isn't very ideal for graded cards or larger sized protectors, it can work but it will get very clunky since it's more intended for a casual collector. If anything I'd say this would be a fun gift for someone who is more likely to upgrade from a shoe box to store their cards. I highly recommend only using this to store cards already in top loaders, and to put team bags over them to prevent any cards from slipping out of the top loaders and getting damaged, because cards are likely to bounce around in the container when you carry it or have it in your vehicle.
Otherwise, if you know how to take care of your collection it's a fun little box to store cards in. I think it's perfect for someone starting up a collection, and still works fine for those who have all the right protectors to keep a personal collection of cards they might want to show their friends. It's easier to carry around and open than those cardboard containers that get damaged and fall apart with wear and tear, it could be designed better but it's still a good product if you find it for the right price.
