One defective unit in original purchase
4 of 5 smoke detectors setup well. The 5th for some reason actually beeped without a battery. Communicated with supplier. They had technical team assess what could have happened and ultimately supplied a new unit. It installed correctly. Total time was not excessive and I can understand any doubt they may have had about the defective unit. Overall I think the purchase and supplier interaction were very good.

I have converted vhs tapes to dvd primarily for friends and these work well and they allow me to give them away as they are inexpensive.
