    Semi Defective
    The unit would not download the Print Drivers from the Installation Disk provided. Anything HP provided on-line was of no assistance.Finally I had to get employ the efforts of my on-line computer maintenance associates who by getting into the Microsoft software were able to install the Print Drivers. I believe I over paid for the HP officejet 4635 Printer.
