Peavey PVM 480 Professional Microphone
2 of 2 found this helpful I have been writing musicals for churches for over 15 yrs and have sang in a male southern gospel quartet most of my life. These mics are known more as a cymbal microphone normally but they work GREAT on stage live or using in the musicals. They have GREAT rear rejection so feedback is not an issue with your monitors and the freq. range covers sop. to bass very very well. They also are a very "hot" mic with a lot of power. I set sound for live concerts also and use these with many different singers and NOTHING has ever been said negative about their sound. Lastly, their weight is so light,,,,,you won't get tired after an hour on stage. Try these mics and I'm sure you will be more than happy with them.
