  Would seriously advise AGAINST doing business with this buyer. She filed a fraudulent dispute on this order, stating she never received a refund for a previously cancelled item/order. I provided proof showing the money was returned from the previously cancelled order and EBay still agreed with her because she filed the dispute on THIS ORDER and not the one that was cancelled!!! So therefore she is getting a free piece of jewelry at my expense!! 100% never doing business with again!!!!

  This was a mixup with AMEX cancelling the wrong order. Had the vendor contacted me about it first (since I have 100% feedback for years), I would have immediately solved this problem. To call me "dispicable" and tell me I am taking food from her kids when I didn't even know about this, when I was never contacted or given any chance to resolve this and assume I am dishonest tells me alot about this vendor. Of course, It would have been rectified had I known.
