  Seller provided a tracking # right away but claimed the item was twice rejected by shipper due to ‘package is irregular’. However, seller is experienced with 1K+ items sold should know how to pack correctly. It's likely he realized after our transaction that his stock can garner much higher prices and tried to renact on our lower-priced buy it now agreement.
