  The Jellycat Onyx Dragon is as described, new with a new Jellycat bag, packaged well for shipping. Postage was poor (advised 3–4 days) as was communication. Unfortunately had to follow up multiple times. Tracking number didn’t work, wouldn’t track on Australia Post. Received 23 days after purchase. Had requested if there was an express post option with no reply. Glad to have received it, but it would have been nice to be able to gift it on the day for the birthday it had been purchased it for.

  Package arrived today , the container carrying the parts was “damaged “ to the point of not being functional, the items that were contained and loose in the package. Seem to be what was advertised, just a little disappointed with the lack of padding in the packaging of this item , whereas I understand that damage in transit ,is out of te control of the seller, the damaged most likely could have been avoided or at least reduced, with some padding , and perhaps labelling “ fragile “
