  Sent the wrong product. After sending picture of what I needed and what they sent, I sent incorrect product back with the agreement they would then send the correct product. They simply gave a refund instead of the sending the correct product after we communicated sending correct item as the plan. They did not even bother to tell me they did this until I contacted them agin. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
