don't buy this.
i know this is an older product so i was fine with also purchasing new batteries for the phones, but the displays on the phones don't work. all you see is a bunch of dashes. the sound is awful (very hollow) and also breaks up way more than our previous phone of a comparable age, so you cant go too far from the base unit. also i have not been able to get more than the base unit handset to work at all. extremely disappointing. definitely upset and regretful of this pricey purchase. :(
