A Slice of Joy in your Hand

My RR Reserve barlow style knife is perfect. The D2 blade is sharp, with a perfect bevel throughout both sides. The fit and finish is perfect - no gaps or uneven transitions. The half-stop is very strong and there is a satisfying snap when fully open and closed.

A unique, rugged timepiece that you will want to wear all the time

The watch survived lap swimming and all the daily activities I could throw at it, keeping excellent time for an automatic. I did have to look at the dial a little longer at first to work out the time because this is my only 24 hour watch, but within a few hours I was able to easily tell the time with a quick glance. The bezel moves in both directions, which I prefer, because I use it as a timer for almost everything and it is very quick to set and hasn't been knocked out of position. The lume lasts all night, certainly not as bright a 6AM as at 11PM, but I can tell the time without turning on a light. I am very happy with this purchase.
