  ITEM NOT RECEIVED. The tracking number provided did not work. Seller told me to wait. "with the weekend it can take longer than normal and we never know if Royal Mail has any delays in delivering items as well". Opened up a case through eBay, The seller replied "That’s all we can do really, I don’t get money from EBay until it shows up as being delivered". I don't get the book until it has been delivered! After over TWO weeks of ordering the book I received a refund. Very unhelpful seller!!!!!!!

  I kept buyer fully informed about item. The item was lost in post so I couldn’t do anything until I gave it a decent time in case it was delayed and delivered Gave a full refund to buyer

  Yes, the seller did keep me informed, only after I messaged them. The seller really didn't seem all that bothered that I was waiting so long for a book to be delivered. Yes, I was given a refund, but only after I opened a case up with eBay. The seller has not asked me to revise my feedback but I don't see why as nothing has changed.
