  Machine has faults that seller didn’t mention in the description. When I asked if it happened before seller said that it’s normal for those espresso machines, and asked me not to bother him anymore and read the manual since he “cannot provide after sale support” would not recommend to deal with 👎🏻

  I apologize for any dissatisfaction. The coffee machine worked well when sold, and I offered a return with a full refund due to the inability to demo during COVID. The machine had no faults; any issues might have been normal or user-specific. I sent a video as proof. Sorry for any confusion, but asking for a service payment wasn’t fair as the machine was functioning. I aim for accuracy and offered a refund due to your dissatisfaction with coffee quality, even though the machine wasn’t broken.
