Item is faulty. It leaks at joint of Nozzle and Wand. It is NOT a Rancilio Silvia OEM item either. Seller is simply encashing the name of a well reputed brand.

Thanks for the feedback Salman. On the rare occasion this issue occurs it can easily be rectified by wrapping a small amount of plumbers white PTFE tape around the male screw thread of the tip. If you look at the 'Item Specifics' it clearly says 'Brand: Edesia Espress'. I note that you have already been refunded for this purchase after sending the item back to us the using a free return shipping label.
