Eliminates scale.

I bought this as despite buying mineral water for the kettle it still kept getting scale in it. So far this has done the trick. Drinks do not now have a white film on the top. The only downside is the capacity. It is sometimes necessary to boil it more than once. However if the capacity increased the size of the kettle would increase! I have now got used to filling the filter reservoir and having to wait for it to drain in the kettle.

Only one drawback

This pan is excellent quality and nothing so far has stuck to it. I say this because I have so called non stick pans and certain things do stick. The only fault I have with it and a susequent frypan I bought from the same range is the surface cooking area. The pan is angled and the diameter on the base is not the same as the top. Makes the pans seem small.

Good value for money

I have only one criticism of this product. When the lid is washed it fills full of water where the handle is. It is necessary to stand on it's edge to drain the water and it takes a long time. A small drain hole would eliminate the problem. Other than that it is excellent. The food does not stick (I have previously had food stick to non stick pans). The heat distribution is even.
