Helps With Circulation

I am using this product to help with circulation rather than strictly exercise. It is very powerful. I recommend starting off with 5 minutes and working your way up. I was very dizzy at using it for 10 minutes. I do like the remote control feature and it is easy to set up and use.

A Good Tool For Arthritis In The Hip Area

I have arthritis in the hips and was told to do "clam shell" exercises. Squeezing the thigh master between the legs is similar to the clam shell exercise, so I use it for that purpose which relieves arthritis pain that I have in the hip area.
