Perfect drive for a Mac.

I like it because it is plug and play. My iMac recognized the drive right away and I was able to burn dvd data disk with no hitches. Would recommend this optical drive for any Mac that doesn't have an optical drive.

Did the job

The backlight requires a person to solder it to the wire with the plug. If you don't have that skill then you may need to pay someone to do it for you.

Good Router

The router works fine except for the fan which can lose lubrication and then cause the router to over heat. I took it apart and fixed the fan by adding a small drop of Duralube to the spindle set and that solve the problem.
