Great product [beware the versions] and great service from Hyson-Music
1 of 1 found this helpful Great product that my daughter enjoys compared to her first Buffet B12 in plastic with nickel keys. Before buying I shopped around and found at Hyson-Music Justin which patiently was able to explain to me the different versions of the E11 starting with the German then the "rubbish" version with chinese keys [pictured in this review] to finish with the current E11 France which is really beautiful. Not a professional model but sounds great and worth the bucks.

Easy to install - High quality "touch feel" item
2 of 2 found this helpful Straight forward install with the "check the compatibility" page from Nest website (do it before ordering). I have installed 3 of them, 2 no problem and the 3rd had an issue despite the same diagram than the 2 others (multi stage and multi zone HVAC). I troubleshoot with the online help and have not resolved it so I filed a ticket. I cannot say if Nest connected to the faulty thermostat remotely through their portail and my account or if the thermostat learnt itself the install config, but 24 hours later it was working fine.
