convert the USB 3.0 header on my motherboard to a USB 2.0 header.

I have a PC case which has front USB 2.0 ports but I only had a USB 3.0 header on my motherboard spare. I wanted to use the built in USB 2.0 ports on my PC case so needed a way to convert the USB 3.0 header on my motherboard to a USB 2.0 header. This cable does exactly that for a very low price. It is plug and play you do not need any drivers or software you just plug its USB 3.0 connector in to the USB 3.0 header on your motherboard and plug your USB 2.0 connector from your PC cases built in USB 2,0 ports, in to the other end of this cable and your good to go.

This is a good card if you want AC wireless speeds

This is a good card if you want AC wireless speeds on your PC, for gaming or HD Video streaming. However, unless your PC is almost next to your router, it is highly unlikley you will get anyware near the maximum 1300 Mbs throughput bandwidth speed on the AC 5GHz channel, advertised for this card, as the signal drops off quite dramatically as distance increases between you and the router, on the AC 5GHz channel. With my PC in the next room over from the router, about 15 feet of distance between them, through a plasterboard wall, I got a top bandwith throughput speed of 877Mbs on the 5GHz channel. This was a good stable speed which did not drop or fade, with a signal strength of 58 Decibels.
