This ladder seems to be in excellent condition. It was shipped and I picked it up at the Pittsburgh main FedEx Ground Dist. depot, after FedEx had a slight delivery issue there; no problem, I am familiar with that depot. It might have made more sense for me to simply purchase it directly from Home Depot, but it also might NOT have been as quick/available that way; fair enough. Seller could have communicated after I sent a message.
