Small fit
It says one size fits most but they didn’t fit anyone in our family without adjusting them (unpicking the stitching on the inside of the hat).

Not worth the money
The stethoscope came apart the moment my daughter tried to wear it. It’s just made of plastic put together with a hot glue gun and when you actually try to wear it it comes apart at all the joints - we threw it in the bin. The costume was extremely large - I know it has a “one size” label but from the picture you’d assume it could fit a small child but it is really meant for a pre-teen. So if you don’t have any sewing skills I would not recommend it for any younger than 10 as I had to have it taken up and in by a fair amount. Unfortunately I’m not a frequent purchaser and I didn’t think to take any photos of it when it arrived. I just was trying to get it fixed ASAP for my daughters dress up day at school. No problems with the mask and name badge. Would not recommend.
