It amplifies and it is smear proof once it dries
You have to wait around 30 seconds after you apply it to dry. But then, it is definitely smudge/smear proof. I forgot throughout the day that I was wearing mascara and rubbed my eyes quite vigorously and then remembered I had mascara on. I immediately went to check on it and it did not come off. And I really have almost no eyelashes (it is like half of a quarter inch long). It amplified my eyelashes to about a quarter inch long.

One of the best movies ever made. The main character made sure he studied up on conducting and playing the pianoforte.
