Great deal
Needs tuning and sharpening, then thay are great knives! Disposable handles, easily replaced.

Looks crude, but...
These need serious sharpening, but then they're the best cheap knife ever! Awesome!

1 of 1 found this helpful One of the best buys for kitchen knives. These handmade knives are a bit crude in finish, and the handles are simple turned softwood... But, they are hand forged, laminated and take an excellent edge. I replace the handle with my own hardwood (drill, epoxy, shape) and true up the bevels, and I have excellent knives for a fraction of what you would expect to pay. These knives take an excellent edge and have become my favorite go to knife. Out of twenty odd knives I've purchased (all my restaurant working friends want them) I've only had to return one, and the dealer gave me excellent customer service. I will purchase these knives again and again and recommend them to anyone who needs a great knife that won't break the bank. Plus, they are very unique and have plenty of character. Give one a try, you're bound to love it!
