Impressively strong vibration
I must have had low expectations because I'm very impressed with these little motors. Very strong and work great.

Really cool and dirt cheap!
1 of 1 found this helpful Works great. It looks really neat too. It makes an audible sound as well, which tempts me into trying to control the pitch of that sound, possibly playing music.
Just a couple of cons:
The transformer coils are loose around the ferrite core. The kit comes with a zip tie to secure the whole transformer assembly to the board, but I was afraid I'd mess up one of the coils before I got to that point.
And the kit didn't come with any lead wires for power input. It came with some pin headers, which could have worked fine, but I prefer the wires, and I had some lying around so it wasn't a problem to solder those on instead.
Overall, this is one of the neatest little kits I've tried so far.

50 blanks all nice and shiny. They fit smoothly into the keyway. 10/10
