Great phone, small glitches.

I love the phone, the only thing that's a problem is that it is incredibly slippery. Of course a case fixed that problem, but I've never felt anything that hard to hold on to. If I have one real problem, it's that they provided me with the wrong charger. I have one that fits, but it would have been nice to have the correct one come with it.

Bagged is better.

I've always loved Hoover products, and the bagged ones are the best. I've had a Shark bagless one for a while, and haven't been happy with it at all. Bags are much easier and cleaner to change than the cup in a bag less one. So far the Hoover vacuum has performed really well and I am very pleased.
