I was extremely impressed by this seller. First, because the speaker arrived fully boxed in great condition, like new, at a good price. Secondly, due to some confusion in the ordering process, the order was duplicated and I ended up with two speakers. No problem. I received an RMA and return shipping label, and was promptly issued a full refund after my return arrived back at the seller. I’ll keep my eye out for this seller going forward.
