Item, though listed as "used/good," came scuffed, small pieces of resin on the machine, the metal plate was scratched and marked up, and the LCD panel seems to be leaking. I asked for a refund, and have not gotten a response, probably because of their "no refunds" policy. Guess I'll have to take a loss, but not before I say to avoid this seller and brand like the plague.

I have bought 5 things from this seller, as with everything I have ordered they deliver above and beyond what is expected. This was supposed to be Used - Good but it looks band new / open box. All the accessories and the instructions were included plus they sent me the next model up which includes extra accessories. Their communication is surprisingly responsive and good (from China) and the shipping is fast. Everything I have ordered works as expected. I couldn't have asked for more.

What a great group of people. Accidentally sent me the wrong tracking number and it said that my Neptune was delivered to me Utah, I live in Ohio. lol
They replied to my email super fast apologizing about the mix up. They sent me the correct number and I received the Neptune the very next day.
Took it out of the box and to my surprise they included a free gift.
Put the machine together in about 20 minutes and started printing a handle immediately.
I am so happy with this machine and company.
