Sad I Needed to Use It, Glad I Had It
My new PC fizzled a month after I got it. Within a few days, Assurant's techs looked for a replacement motherboard, and though they could not find one, they decided on a full eBay credit. Very quick and friendly handling of a bad situation.

Lightweight in both senses.
I bought this to replace a radio shack pocket radio the antenna of which had broken. This radio is smaller and lighter, but unfortunately that might explain why the reception on it is much more finicky.
